Registration requirement
Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference and present their paper in-person. See the registration page for author registration deadlines.
Proceedings
The proceedings will be published by Springer as a volume of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. Camera-ready papers must follow the LNCS format. Author instructions and LaTeX/Word templates are available from Springer's conference proceedings guidelines.
Camera-ready checklist
- Prepare the final version using the Springer LNCS template.
- Complete and sign the Springer copyright form (link provided after acceptance).
- Address reviewer comments and ensure the paper stays within the page limit.
- Submit the source files and PDF by the camera-ready deadline (see important dates).
